A little later than normal due to the Covid situation, we’ll be holding our Road Run on Sunday 25th of July, starting at 10am from Balhousie Farm, Upper Largo, nr Leven KY8 5QN.
The Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday 26th February at 7pm. All paid-up club members are invited to attend. Due to the Covid pandemic, the meeting will take place online using Zoom. Invitations have been sent out to club members by post with details of how to join the meeting, but if you have not yet received your invitation, please contact the Club Secretary or any of the Committee members.
Unfortunately, following Government advice about the coronavirus outbreak, we have regretfully taken the decision to cancel this year’s Rally and Farming Heritage show, planned for the 13th/14th of June 2020. While we are saddened by this decision, the safety of our exhibitors and visitors is paramount.
Our rally organiser will be in contact with exhibitors who have already registered for the rally.
We hope to see you again at our 30th anniversary Rally in 2021!
The FVAMC Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday 21st February, 2010 at 7.45pm in the Lomond Hills Hotel, Freuchie.
All paid-up members of the club are requested to attend.
Members of the FVAMC committee presented a cheque for £100 to the Cupar Pipe Band at our last club meeting in Freuchie. If you missed the band playing at our last rally, you can catch them performing again at our next rally in June 2020.
We regret to announce that the club ploughing match planned for Sunday 10th November in Cupar has been POSTPONED due to the recent poor weather conditions.

The first of the club’s two ploughing matches of the year will be held on Sunday 6th October 2019, from 9.30am – 2.30pm at Cardenden Farm, Cardenden by kind permission of Mr Baird.

At our recent club meeting, committee members presented a cheque for £1750 to the Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) with money raised from the Club’s annual raffle. Thanks to everyone who took part this year and helped us to raise this tremendous sum for the charity.
We’re looking for some long-strawed wheat to use with a binder at the Rally next year. If anyone has some that they can let us have, preferably in the Strathkinness or Peat Inn areas, please let John Sinksi, or one of the other committee members know.
